Membership in the Council is at the organization level. The
Council is an association of health care leaders working together to further establish Nashville's position as the
nation's health care industry capital. Initiatives are focused around the continued promotion of growing
Nashville's health care industry by fostering a supportive operating environment for existing, start-up and relocating health care businesses.
The Council formed Leadership Health Care (LHC) in 2002 to foster the next generation of health care leaders by providing members with ongoing opportunities to develop their knowledge of the health care industry through educational events and networking opportunities. LHC membership is open to individuals. A membership in LHC does not give an individual access to Council membership activities unless that individual's organization is also a corporate member of the Council. LHC offers its members a separate set of programming activities.
